About Sawgrass Condos
Located on Holland’s north side at the corner of James and 144th Streets, the Sawgrass Condominium community is close to the Lake Michigan shoreline and downtown Holland. The 88 unit community is surrounded by mature trees, convenient walking and biking paths, and offers residents a peaceful lifestyle.
The community is administered by the Sawgrass Condominium Owners Association (SCOA) Board of Directors. Sawgrass co-owners pay a monthly association fee that includes water, sewer, trash and recycling pickup, as well as lawn care and snow plowing of roads, driveways, and visitor parking pads. When compared to other condominium communities of similar quality, association fees at Sawgrass are quite reasonable.
